Measure > Distance, Edge - Point (3D Menu)

This command can be used to measure the distance of a 3D point to a 3D edge.

Any component edge or construction line can be identified as the edge by clicking near to it.

Any component corner can be identified as the starting point of the perpendicular by clicking near to it.
