Circle Arc > Concentric to Circle Part (Temporary Objects Menu) |
www.CAD6.com |
This command is used to create a Temporary Object as a circle arc which runs concentric to another circle arc. After identifying the other circle arc, the arc is determined by entering its radius.
If a circle arc is to be drawn while working in isometric or dimetric view, then the command Ellipse Arc > Vector - Vector must be used, because the result on the page is elliptical not circular.
Any circle part which exists independently or within other objects can be identified as a reference object. This can also be the arc of a circle segment or a circle arc within a surface.
The radius of the arc can be entered by clicking the mouse anywhere in the drawing at a point through which the arc should run.
The start and end angle as well as the arc direction are taken from the reference circle part.
