MKI_XPROPERTY::ApplyDefault(

 __int32 f_nPenDefault,

 __int32 f_nLayerDefault );

Sets the extended property set to conform to the given default pen setting (use MKI_DEFPEN_* or -1 for none) and layer setting (use MKI_DEFLAYER_* or -1 for none). It will also set the current page if the application settings imply that.
