Table > Resolve Cell Contents (Annotate Menu)

This command can be used to resolve the cell contents of tables. Any cell content that is currently a reference to a database will instead be inserted into the database as an individual cell text. Afterwards, the database is not longer required to display the table. However, it will no longer be updated when the database changes.
