3D Blocks > Insert (3D Menu) |
www.CAD6.com |
This command can be used to insert an instance of a 3D block into the drawing.
At first, an "Insert Block" dialog appears in which the block is to be chosen. Then, the block instance must be placed within the drawing.
The target point for the instance is entered by clicking the mouse anywhere in the drawing.
3D blocks can added to any changeable library. Libraries can contain both 2D and 3D block concurrently, and 3D blocks can be inserted either as 3D or 2D blocks. Pure 2D blocks, however, cannot be used in 3D instances, they will then appear empty.
