Live Support for CAD6

Introduction

With Live Support, you can see on your screen what the consultant is currently doing in real-time. This way, the consultant can easily address complex problems by means of a simple demonstration - without lengthy explanations.

In the course of such a Live Support session, it is also possible to change the viewing direction, i.e. the consultant can see what you are doing on your screen. And if you agree, the consultant can even take over control of your mouse and keyboard. This reduces the time required to resolve hard-to-describe problems drastically.

In order to participate in Live Support, just start “Netviewer” (www.netviewer.com) from within CAD6 or via the link given below.

In order to participate in a Live Support session, you only need to connect to the Internet and start the “Netviewer one2one” client:

Start Netwiever

This small client program must be started on your PC. Once started, enter the 6-digit session number the consultant will give you when the session begins.
This program doesn’t install anything to your PC, nor does it change any settings.
