Viewing PDF Files

For viewing PDF documents you need to install either Adobe® Acrobat® or the Acrobat® Reader which you can download from Adobe® for free. If you prefer to save the PDF file on your disk instead of reading it online, just right-click the document link above and select “Save Target as...”.

Extracting ZIP and 7z Files

Some files offered for download here are compressed using the ZIP or 7z format. These files can be extracted using special utilities that you can find, for example, at www.winzip.com and www.7-zip.org.

Software Download

There are no separate “test” and “full” versions of CAD6! All programs and plug-ins you can download from this page are fully functional (this includes saving and printing) and in no way restricted.

After at most 30 day test period the program will no longer allow you to save or print, unless you have unlocked it. You can order your personal unlock code in our Shop.

You can install CAD6 for testing purposes parallel to CAD 4/5 on the same computer.

Updates / Service Packs

We do not offer special Update or Service Pack files for download.

If you are using an older version of CAD6, and if you’re having Support & Update until at least the respective newer version’s release month, you can update it using the corresponding download file. The setup program will automatically detect that you want to update.
